Low Carb – Keto Friendly Lunch Meat Roll-Ups

Keto lunch meat rolls are by far the most popular recipe on my site. This recipe is versatile, super simple, and so satiating. We love to pack low carb meat roll ups for day trips. Deli meat is the perfect ingredient to always have on hand, and it is also obviously keto diet friendly.

The most versatile low carb lunch on the go…

Low carb meat roll-ups are one of the most versatile keto lunches that I have found. I personally loved the ease of a good sandwich in my carb junkie days. The bread is just a vessel for all the deliciousness inside.

This is exactly why keto lunch meat rolls are such a hit. Skip the carbs and enjoy the best parts of a sandwich with this recipe. Use whatever lunch meat you have on hand, spice up the recipe with a few jalapenos, and make this lunch your own.

Keep it simple — keep it easy keto style.

I often hear people saying that keto is too hard. Or that they just don’t have the time that it will take to prepare keto-friendly meals. I want to debunk those theories and support you in your journey. I promise you can tailor this lifestyle to fit your needs, whatever those may be.

A great keto hack for me has been to always have lunch meat on hand. I love making keto-friendly enchiladas, or lasagna with lunch meat in place of the noodles or tortillas.

Looking to take your deli meat wraps to the next level, I strongly suggest you try making these super simple keto cheese wraps.

The best times to make low carb meat roll-ups:

The honest answer — anytime you’re eating lunch. If you find yourself in the mood for something easy or need a lunch that will pack well for a busy day out. Satiate any level of hunger by making as many roll-ups as you need. My favorite ingredient is the cream cheese filling. Cream cheese offers that “fat mouth” feel without being too overpowering.

Cream Cheese also offers a nice amount of fat to compliment the protein in the lunch meat. This is important for anyone who tries to calculate their macros while eating keto.

Our families favorite fillings are:

  • Pepperoncini and Feta cheese
  • Olives
  • Italian Meats
  • Jalapeno
  • Pickles
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Don’t forget bacon!!

Stuff these meat roll-ups with all of your sandwich favorite as enjoy, it really is that simple!

Budget friendly lunch for the entire family.

Whether you prefer to buy your lunch meat from the deli counter, Costco, or on special at your local grocer. Making these rolls is a great way to keep your grocery budget low.

I like to meal prep when I know our family is going to be extra busy, and this is always a recipe that I make. Whether you find yourself suddenly hungry or need a quick lunch to pack for work, these rolls will save you.

One of the best ways to keep our kids eating healthy is also having healthy options for them. My daughter loves to help me cook, and when she does she is much more willing to eat. She loves to help me prep this recipe, and it is also something that I can have ready for her to grab in the fridge.
